Join Amazon for HQ2 Community Day, a day of outdoor fun to celebrate HQ2’s first anniversary in National Landing. Neighbors of all ages can take part in the fun, which includes exciting activities for children, a DJ, interactive art installations, food tastings from local eateries, a brunch garden, lawn games, a farmers market and much more.

HQ2 Community Day commemorates Amazon’s ongoing dedication to being a good neighbor and community partner in Virginia. Since announcing plans to build its second headquarters in Arlington, Amazon has worked to fulfill its commitment to becoming one of the most trusted business and community partners in the region. Last year, Amazon donated more than $73 million to over 100 organizations in the area, making it the top corporate philanthropist in the region.

The event has something for everyone, including:
- A kid's corner with a Lego wall, face painting, bubble art and glitter tattoos
- Enjoy beverages and local craft beers at the Boozy Brunch Garden, or grab a bite from one of Met Park’s restaurants
- Make your mark on HQ2 with interactive art walls and chalk art
- Visit the community library to donate an old book and swap for a new one
- Lawn games, interactive art installations, and live screen printing.
- Stroll through Met Park’s Saturday Market, where over 50 local vendors sell produce, hot food and handcrafted art items
- Snap a picture at the photo booth equipped with themed props
