Celebrate Spring and the launch of the National Cherry Blossom Festival by building your own bouquet at the Crystal City Water Park!
Anyone who stops by between 11am and 3pm on Saturday, March 20th to buy lunch or a snack from Peruvian Brothers will be able to make their own arrangement from the Blue Ribbon Floral truck (up to $20 value).
