Take to the skies and join us for the long-standing tradition of kite flying in springtime during the 2021 Blossom Kite Fly! Register now for free through March 27, 2021. The first 100 people to register will receive a 2021 National Cherry Blossom Festival Collectible Lapel Pin! All participants who register will receive first access to virtual workshops and demos. Register by March 15 to add-on an official National Cherry Blossom Festival kite and limited edition Blossom Kite Fly t-shirt!

  • February 8-March 27: Register for Blossom Kite Fly and invite your friends to participate too!
     
  • March 15-28: Visit the Blossom Kite Fly webpage to enjoy virtual workshops and demos to prepare and get excited for Blossom Kite Fly.
     
  • March 27-28: Take to the skies and fly kites in your own backyard or neighborhood park! Don’t forget to share your experience on social media using the hashtags #BlossomKiteFly and #StepIntoSpring. Safely engage with your environment and show us how you soar!

 

The National Landing BID has 100 FREE kite kits for you to take home to decorate before flying them at home or one of our many parks! To claim your kit, register by March 20th and select your time slot.
