POW PILATES

Get trained to become a POW Pilates instructor!

POW Pilates is a challenging, fun and diverse full body workout that incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), calisthenics, yoga & mat pilates.

In this training you will learn how to teach a class, create your own musical playlist and learn the fundamentals of calisthenics and mat pilates!
