Today, women are still vastly under-represented in STEM-related fields such as tech, engineering, and computer science. With tech giants Amazon and Boeing headquartered in National Landing, the area is becoming a hot spot for tech and innovation. On February 11, 2026, the National Innovation Quarter or National IQ was launched as National Landing’s innovation district. In this panel, executives from Salesforce and the Special Competitive Studies Project (SPSC), share their experiences and reflections as women in tech along with their leadership insights.
