"Pink in the Park," presented by Amazon and produced by the National Landing BID, brings the spring celebration across the Potomac activating parks across National Landing with engaging free programming for all ages.

Water Park
Experience the best happy hour entertainment at Pink Beats, an outdoor music series on the Water Park stage featuring electronic music curated by top local DJs. New this year, the music is accompanied by whimsical visuals curated by Hoop Fairy, as dancers dressed in cherry blossom attire engage the crowd with beautiful artistry, flower giveaways and more.
On March 26, DC-based party series Feral will curate the Water Park stage. On April 2, DC-based party series Tender will curate the Water Park stage with DJs Artemis, Nocturnal Wax, and side ii side. For our finale event on April 9, Chinatown Funk Express will take over the Water Park stage.
Sample flavors across the wide-ranging kiosks at National Landing's outdoor food hall, Water Park. Guests can celebrate the cherry blossom season with delicious themed specials, including:
- Sakura rolls, sakura rice and cherry blossom soft serve from Fat Fish
- Cherry blossom matcha from Spot of Tea
- Lychee lime mojto (N/A or boozy), lychee 'tini, and sakura spritz from Water Bar
- Extended hours at Queen Mother's Kitchen (open until 9PM)

Art Meets Nightlife
Friday, April 10

Metropolitan Park
Step into an after-hours celebration at Metropolitan Park, as it transforms into an indoor/outdoor art showcase. Guests can browse BLOOM, an exhibition featuring 60+ local artists showcasing cherry blossom-inspired artwork, enjoy Japanese and pan-Asian bites and sips from vendors such as Kusshi at Westpost, AAPI Cocktail Week, Toby's Homemade Ice Cream, and Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe. From 7:30-9PM, catch an exhilarating live paint battle with Secret Walls featuring six can't-miss artists!
The Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington’s Innovation Studio and Amazon’s HQ2 lobbies will be open as an exhibition space with art activities for guests, and DJ Joyce Lim will also be on-site with live beats. Pick up a complimentary banana from Amazon's Community Banana Stand and then watch artists MasPaz, Chris Pyrate, Nate Mann and more transform it into a work of art.
Visitors are also encouraged to visit the surrounding Met Park restaurants for cherry blossom specials and activations, such as a Wine and Sake Tasting from Pentagon City Wine Merchants. Capture Instagram-worthy photos, and enjoy the nighttime atmosphere of National Landing.
Art of Pink is produced by the National Landing BID in collaboration with USAN USAN and the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington, with support from Amazon.

A Family Swim Party!
Saturday, March 21

Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center
Arlington County’s Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center transforms into a family swim party for Pink in the Pool! Enjoy a free swim session in the leisure pool surrounded by pink beach balls and festive pink décor, plus arts activities for all ages. Poolside, attendees can get creative with Study Japanese in Arlington’s tea and origami station and paper lantern decorating from the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington. In addition, there will be flower balloon twisting, a mermaid, and delicious Japanese snacks!
Advance registration on Eventbrite is required as space is limited.

While Pink in the Pool is geared toward families, attendees under 18 are welcome at all events. As always, parental discretion should be exercised.

Service animals are always permitted. For Met Park and Water Park events pets must be on leash at all times. Please remember to pick up after your pet and watch your pet closely around people, kids and other dogs. Pets that are well-behaved and comfortable in noisy, crowded places do best since the events will draw a large crowd and have amplified sound.
