National Landing's Pink in the Park Blossoms Again for Year Three
Celebrate Cherry Blossom Season with Signature Free Events Activating Spaces Throughout National Landing this Spring
NATIONAL LANDING, ARLINGTON, VA (FEBRUARY 27, 2025) – The National Landing Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Amazon and the National Cherry Blossom Festival, is excited to celebrate the cherry blossom season with the return of Pink in the Park in National Landing. This free, pink-themed event series brings the festival experience across the Potomac to Arlington and features three distinct experiences offering art, music, family-friendly activities, and food and drinks from local vendors throughout the spring season: Pink in the Pool, a family-favorite event, returns to Long Bridge Park; the reimagined Art of Pink showcases Metropolitan Park after-hours with an immersive event featuring a pop-up gallery of 30+ local artists, Japanese-inspired food, breakdancing and DJs; and Pink Beats presents a Thursday happy hour music series at Water Park alongside the outdoor dining hall’s nine renowned eateries. - WHAT: Dive into fun at Pink in the Pool! Bring the whole family to enjoy complimentary entry to the aquatics center. Enjoy swim sessions, pink beach balls, and interactive activity stations featuring Japanese arts and culture, balloon twisters, a Japanese candy station and more.

PINK BEATS:
- WHEN: Thursday, March 27, Thursday, April 3 and Thursday, April 10 from 5 to 8 p.m.

- WHAT: Enjoy a three-part music series featuring top local talent, spring-inspired food and drinks from Water Park kiosks, and a festive atmosphere with blossom-themed décor, lawn games, and special giveaways.

- WHEN: Friday, April 11, 5 to 10 p.m.

- WHAT: Immerse yourself in an after-hours art and music experience celebrating cherry blossom season. Browse a pop-up gallery featuring 30+ artists, enjoy Japanese and Asian-inspired bites, and catch an electrifying breakdance showcase with beats by DJ Fleg (of Olympic breakdancing fame). Explore Met Park retailers, snap Instagram-worthy photos, and soak in the vibrant nighttime atmosphere of National Landing.
