Join us in celebrating 20 years of the National Landing Business Improvement District. What began as the Crystal City BID in 2006 continues two decades later with the same commitment to uplifting our community through events, placemaking and advocacy. 
For this milestone year, the BID will honor those who have been transformative in National Landing's evolution:

• Longtime Board Member and BID supporter Kingdon Gould III of Gould Properties will be honored with the President's Award. 
• The BID's Deputy Executive Director, Rob Mandle, will receive the Champion Award for his leadership and service to the organization for almost 20 years.
• JBG Smith will receive the Impact Award for their remarkable vision and intentional investment, helping to usher in the National Landing we see today.
• The Founding Partners of the National Innovation Quarter, established in February 2026, will be recognized with the Nexus Award for excellence in partnership and innovation.

Celebrate with us in the newly opened Concorde, a stunning meeting and events space. The evening culminates in the reveal of our refreshed brand, marking an exciting new chapter for National Landing.
