We’re excited to invite the National Landing community to Community Week at Brazen Fitness; a full week of free workouts from Monday, May 18 through Sunday, May 24.

Whether you’re brand new to strength training, curious about CrossFit, or just looking for a better gym experience, this is your chance to come try us out with zero pressure. During Community Week, you can take as many classes as you’d like, completely free.

At Brazen Fitness, we do things differently. Our coaching is built around:

- Progressive strength training that helps you get stronger safely over time
- Learning proper form and technique with barbells and functional movements
- Expert coaching in every class
- Helping people train around pain, injuries, and movement limitations

Our goal isn’t to crush you for an hour, it’s to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence in the gym.

You’ll get:

- Quality workouts that are scalable for all fitness levels
- Hands-on coaching and personalized guidance
- A chance to learn new skills and training techniques
- A welcoming community right here in National Landing

We’re conveniently located just off Crystal Drive, one block from Long Bridge Park, tucked right on a side street you may have walked past without even realizing there’s a gym inside.

And if you decide to continue training with us after Community Week, you’ll receive $50 off your first two months of any group class membership.
