Full Moons bring us an opportunity for releasing all that no longer serves us once each month, such as shedding old layers, heavy weights, burdens, unhelpful patterns, to name a few. The practice of Yin and Deep Stretch Yoga allows us to go deep into the fascia, the layers of muscle tissues beneath the surface, and part with stored up emotions and stressors. Please join Amanda Thompson for a combined practice and special event, of learning about this month's Full Moon in Scorpio, followed by guided Yin and Deep Stretch Yoga. Bringing in your own journal or notebook is encouraged, if you'd like to jot down notes about the full moon as it resonates with you during the astrology and reflection portion of class.
