Join us for GLOW and FLOW yoga where you paint your body and participate in a warm vinyasa class in our large, mat floor, mirror HOT room under blacklit neon lights! It will give a whole new experience and sensation to your yoga practice. Doors open at 7:00 to paint your body and the class is an hour long starting at 7:30! See you then!
