Get into the spirit of the spooky season by creating a Halloween paper luminaria with MOCAA, Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington. Take a quick break from your day and get creative with us on October 26th during the Fall Market in National Landing. Registration is simple and the experience is free for all guests.
