Lifting weights on your own or in a class setting can be scary if you don't know the basics! HUSTLE is taking all the fear out of being a first timer with intro to strength training. This class will include safety tips, commonly heard terms/phrases, how to target certain muscle groups and much more to make your strength training journey safe and stress free.
