Are you feeling overwhelmed, overstretched, tired and uninspired? Do you want to ditch stress and feel calmer, healthier, energized and more alive? Do you love laughing or want more laughter in your life?
In this laughter yoga playshop, you’ll learn:

• How to quickly and easily reign in stress and replace it with greater health, happiness and inner peace

• Simple exercises you can use in your day-to-day life to beat stress, get focused and create more energy and time for the things you love

• Practical tips for what you can do to control your emotions and thoughts, rather than letting them control you.

You will walk away feeling lighter, calmer and stress-free as well as knowing how to bring more joy and laughter into your life and the life of those around you.

During this playshop, you will be led through a combination of laughter and yogic breathing (pranayama) techniques, as well as meditation and relaxation exercises. This session will change the physiology of your body and enable you to immediately start feeling happier and more radiant.

Laughter yoga can by done by individuals of all ages and everyone is welcome to come and experience this easy and fun playshop!
