Join Mind Your Body Oasis every Monday at 8:30 AM for a 10-minute meditation class! Mindfulness meditation is a practice to open awareness to all forms of experience – sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Relaxation comes not from shutting out the stressors, but from learning to accept change as the inextricable reality of life. Practicing to intentionally navigate your attention through the sea of distractions empowers you to respond optimally to your own needs and the needs of those you care about. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

This virtual 10-minute meditation class is free to attend and will take place every Monday at 8:30 AM from January 31 - February 21, 2022.
