Join Brazen Fitness for a fun, outdoor group workout designed to develop superior strength, endurance, conditioning and agility. With progression based programming, passionate coaching and a supportive community, Brazen Fitness will help you develop a stronger you, in and out of the gym. No matter your experience, our classes offer scalable workouts that allow you to take part and thrive. 

Here is a rundown for the class:

  • Each class begins with a brief rundown. Whatever is on the menu, your coach explains the purpose and intent behind it.
  • The class will have a quick warmup that will prep you for the movements you will be performing during the workout.
  • The coach will run everyone through instructional progressions and drills meant to recap the main points of safety and performance, as well as give you opportunities to practice the movements before adding weight. (Yes, we use weights!) Everyone gets guidance on what movement substitutions and rep/load adjustments need to be made in order to achieve the optimum stimulus from the workout.
  • Brazen will be combining strength/weightlifting and movements that get the heart rate up for a well-rounded workout!
  • Each workout ends with a cool down of breathing exercises and stretches, along with basking in the glory of all your hard work.
