Join Mind Your Body Oasis for a virtual pilates class! Pilates is a wonderful way to enjoy a core class without the intensity of an abs class. Pilates activates the underlying muscles of the 360 torso that holds your spine and organs in place. This class is accessible to both beginners and advanced audiences.
