This is a space to release, trapped emotional trauma and flush your magnetic field.
A guided Breath-work journey connecting us to the depth of our being, where astral projection and traveling into higher dimensions is possible, if the breath work is done deeply and consistently enough. From there we will relax into a Sound Healing experience to process and integrate what took place during the breath-work journey.

(optional offering of hapé & Sananga medicines will be offer for a deepening of experience and releasing stuck energies. Please arrive 5-5:45 if you would like to experience these plant medicines)
