Start your evening strong with Thursday HIIT in the Park, a high-energy outdoor workout designed to get your heart pumping.

This fast-paced class uses high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to combine bursts of cardio with bodyweight strength exercises for a full-body workout that builds endurance, strength, and stamina. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications available so you can move at your own pace.

Bring water, wear comfortable workout gear, and get ready to sweat in the fresh air!
