Designed to ground your energy and calm your nervous system, receive Reiki healing and intuitive support to help you reconnect with your subtle energy body and inner wisdom as you are guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation.
No experience necessary – just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and dress for warmth and comfort. Registration required.
