A Wellness Wednesday offering: experience the gentle sounds of singing bowls while moving through a Reiki-infused guided meditation.

Experience the gentle sounds of singing bowls while moving through a Reiki-infused guided meditation. Designed to ground your energy and calm your nervous system, receive Reiki healing and intuitive support to help you reconnect with your subtle energy body and inner wisdom. Led by Emme Day and Courtney Boyd.

No experience necessary – just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and dress for warmth and comfort. Registration required.

Hosted at the MoCA Arlington Innovation Studio + Store in National Landing.
