Crystal City BID Announces New Event: Crystal City Oktoberfest
Beer tastings, traditional German fare, live music & entertainment

Crystal City (Arlington, VA) – The Crystal City Business Improvement District and TasteUSA are excited to announce a new event: Crystal City Oktoberfest will bring the oompah to Arlington this Fall with beer tastings, live music and food vendors!

This new event will be held on Saturday, September 29 in the parking lot and plazas next to 220 20th Street South. General admission to the event is from 12pm – 6pm and VIPs will have an hour early access beginning at 11am. 

General Admission tickets are $30 in advance, and include 10 - 4 oz. beer sampling tickets (additional drink tickets may be purchased on site), entry into the festival and live entertainment. VIP tickets are $50 in advance and include 15 - 4 oz. beer sampling tickets, 1-hour early access, private tent, a Crystal City beer sampling glass (first 500 ticket holders) and private bathrooms, as well as everything included in the General Admission ticket.

“We’re really looking forward to bringing this new event to the region and adding to an already exciting event lineup in Crystal City this year,” says Robert Mandle, COO of the Crystal City Business Improvement District. “A new event is an excellent way to celebrate all the great things happening in the area, and with all the hotel and dining options, we hope many attendees will make a whole weekend out of it.”

This will be the largest Oktoberfest event in Northern Virginia and the DC area, with more than 50 breweries and tons of food vendors, so grab your lederhosen and head to Crystal City Oktoberfest to kick off the Fall beer season. Early bird discounts end on August 24.
