Pop-Up Wine and Beer Garden Extended Through July
Beer, Wine, Live Music, and ArtJamz

Crystal City (Arlington, VA) – Hundreds of wine and beer lovers have been flocking to Crystal City’s Water Park every Friday this month for Wine in the Water Park. Now, Crystal City’s popular pop-up wine and beer garden will continue running through July.

“People are always looking for unique and beautiful spaces to meet-up with friends, listen to music, and get a head start on the weekend,” said Angela Fox, President/CEO of the Crystal City Business Improvement District. “Wine in the Water Park delivers on so many levels and we are excited to extend the event into July in response to its popularity!”

As one of Crystal City’s signature open spaces, the Water Park provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind after a busy week at the office. Event host Vornado/Charles E. Smith recently upgraded the furniture throughout the Water Park and is partnering with the Crystal City BID for new lighting to further enhance and activate the space.

The event has also proven popular with many families with kids attracted to the space for its convenient location, safe environment, and live music.

Early birds can also sign-up for a free painting session with ArtJamz at the event. The canvases are claimed quickly, but those not lucky enough to snag a spot will still be able to get creative at ArtJamz’s soon to open retail studio located nearby in the Art Underground.

Attending Wine in the Water Park is free, but delicious beverages hand selected by the skilled palates of the Washington Wine Academy team can be purchased at the bar. If you like what you are drinking, you can even pick up a six-pack or a bottle from the Crystal City Wine Shop only 3-blocks away.
