With billions of dollars of investment underway or planned, there’s always a crane in the sky in National Landing. Amazon is bringing thousands of new workers to the area, while developing new office buildings. Public sector funding will expand and revitalize the transportation infrastructure over the next few years. Over 8,200 new residential units are in the development pipeline now, in addition to the 17,000 already existing in this bustling community.
New development means greater retail, expanded services, and better quality of life for the more than 24,000 residents who live here today, while attracting newcomers to this urban gem.
