Metropolitan Park

Currently under construction and set to open during summer 2023, Metropolitan Park is a 2.1-million-square-foot development that will house two 22-story Amazon office buildings with 67,000 square feet of retail space for local businesses, including Conte's Bike Shop and District Dogs. Bringing 19,000-square-feet of street-facing retail to National Landing, 2000 South Bell Street is a residential development adding 371 new apartments to the neighborhood in 2025. The building's angled glass and intricate stone fenestration evoke greater intimacy with the ground plane. An interior, open-air courtyard at the lobby level will welcome visitors and residents alike!

2001 S. Bell Street

This new, 19-story and 360,000-square-foot tower, will add to the dynamic character of South Bell Street in 2025. Residents of the building's 415 units will enjoy the creative and colorful façade and 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Hazel and Azure

Hazel and Azure will lure new tenants to almost 500 beautiful new apartments in Potomac Yard starting in 2024. This mixed-use community includes two 14-story apartment buildings and 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Virginia Tech Innovation Campus

Formerly known as Century Center, these two buildings are undergoing a major renovation to deliver transformed office space, plus new outdoor pedestrian plaza with an interactive and experiential retail, restaurants, services, retail, and specialty grocer opening June 2023. Crystal City Water Park

Developer JBG Smith is bringing a renovated and upgraded 1.6-acre park to Crystal Drive, with new restaurants and amenities. In addition to a full-service restaurant and bar, new water features, and a stage, smaller food stalls will highlight local, minority- and women-owned businesses. The Water Park is set to open summer 2023.
