Description
Floors one through three are being renovated to accommodate multi-use spaces, meeting spaces and retail at the base of the future CC2DCA Multi-Modal bridge. Coming to the newly renovated space will be Concorde, a 12,000-sf state-of-the-art conference and event center. According to JLL, Concorde will be "anchored by the Forum – a spacious presentation hall accommodating up to 300 seated guests – and complemented by five additional rooms [and] can host programs both big and small with a total event capacity that surpasses 470."
