Class Description:
Join us for a free, 60-minute heated vinyasa yoga class. Explore yoga postures that work every muscle, linking breath to movement at a moderate, intuitive pace. Offered weekly as a free class to the National Landing Community.

What to Wear:
Wear moisture-wicking, fitted workout clothes.

What to Bring:
Water bottle
Yoga mat and towel (available for rent at the studio)

Arrive Early:
Get there 15 minutes before class. Studio will be locked once class begins.
