Join DoubleTree by Hilton Crystal City, Cakebread Cellars and Ziata by Karen Cakebread for an exceptional four-course dinner paired with extraordinary wines prepared by Executive Chef Klaus Happel.

  • Ziata Sauvignon Blanc; Macaron, foie gras, raspberry
  • Cakebread Chardonnay; Beet gravlax, golden beet aioli, burrata, tomato aspic, balsamic caviar
  • Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon; Beef short-rib, sweet potato, roasted carrot
  • Ziata Pinot Noir; Marquis au chocolat with fresh berries and fruit coulis
