Lovers will enjoy an early Valentine’s Day date night at “The Laurent Perrier Champagne Tasting & Pairing” on February 10th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for $115 (tax and tip inclusive). The evening begins at the Step & Repeat with pictures holding a Magnum of Grand Siècle #23 and the exclusive Grand Siècle #24 in the Sun King Cage. Early arrivals may also choose to enjoy a half bottle of Laurent Perrier Demi Sec or La Café for the special price of $30 prior (regularly $45).

Laurent Perrier Storyteller Molly Christhilf Finnegan will lead the evening along with Holly Rocco Feraci, WSET Level 4 Diploma who will show how to properly open and pour champagne, how to use a champagne coravin and the art of Champagne Sabering.

Four champagnes will be served with family style snacks. La Cuvée, La Cuvée Rosé, Blanc de Blancs and Grand Siecle #26 (a 100 point special) will be paired with Salty Snacks (spiced mixed nuts, trio of popcorn, potato chips); Cheese and Charcuterie (truffle and champagne cheddars, truffle and herbed chevre, brie with white truffle honey, prosciutto, assorted crisps, crackers and jams; Fancy Snacks (strawberry phyllo cups, deviled eggs with smoked salmon); Finger Foods (fried chicken tenders, french fries with aioli sauce and mayoketchup); and Dessert (flourless chocolate cake, coconut macaroons).
