We're teaming up with local and regional fitness companies to bring our community two new exercise and wellness challenges this fall!

Fall Into Fitness Challenge

Join your National Landing neighbors and South Arlington Fitness & Nutrition for a 4-week whole body wellness challenge. Designed to develop healthier habits through a fun, interactive program that provides motivation and accountability to help you change your life!

Participants will receive our Challenge BINGO board and weekly workout and lifestyle challenges as well as custom workouts and nutrition guidance from South Arlington Fitness & Nutrition. Earn points each week and at the end of the challenge, the top three point earners will win amazing prizes to help continue your health and wellness journey.

On the Move Mileage Challenge

Here in National Landing, we take our outdoor fitness seriously (but not TOO seriously)! With miles of continuous trails that connect to DC and Alexandria, you can keep it fresh and run or walk a new route every day.

We have partnered with Pacers Running to hold a month-long mileage challenge for runners and walkers of ALL LEVELS in October! Participation is FREE, open to anyone and you can earn badges and prizes for hitting milestones. This is not a race, it’s a challenge and the only thing you’re competing against is your goal and the trail.
